Jade Anne Lindores (born March 11th 1989) is a Scottish Actress and Dancer. Jade was born in Glasgow, Scotland where she took her first dance class at the tender age of three at the local Dance school. Jade went on to study Ballet, Disco, Modern and Tap through the Imperial Society of Teachers Dancing (I.S.T.D.) Jade began taking Acting seriously at the age of 14 when she joined Dancepoint Musical Theatre School; she didn’t take long to realise that as much as she loved to Dance, Acting was what she wanted to focus on.
In Secondary School, Jade studied Dance and Drama at Higher level and achieved Grade A for both. Jade spent her teens enrolled in Acting and Dance classes such as UK Theatre School, Dancepoint Musical Theatre School and The Actors Centre. In this time she got the opportunity to take part in various amateur productions, these include: MacBeth (lady Macbeth), The Little Mermaid (Ariel), and numerous Dance shows and events. After graduating from Secondary School, she studied what she loves at Stow West where she completed a HND in Professional Stage Dance and Performing Arts; then went onto continue her education by achieving a distinction degree in BA Musical Theatre at the University of the West of Scotland.
Jade is a model and dancer in the Erin Gavin Agency whereby she has gained a lot of experience including being a Backing Dancer for Chipmunk, Model for the Diamond Studios and continually being commercially published in the Scottish press.
Jade is a hard-working, enthusiastic and energetic performer who enjoys meeting new people and experiencing new things. Jade has a versatile look and as a typical Pisces, she is “all things to all people” which is why Acting, in particular, is so therapeutic to her. Jade incorporates the teachings of practitioners such as Stanislavski and Meisner to her craft but remains a huge fan of David Mamet.
Jade will be based in Glasgow, Scotland until June 2012 where she will be based in London. Jade is willing to travel worldwide for the right projects.
